ich melde mich mal wieder. Heute geht es um meine Organisation wie ihr wahrscheinlich schon lesen konntet ist meine Organisation EF Education First. Ich habe mich vor ca. 3 Jahren angefangen zu informieren, weil mich das Thema ja schon lange beschäftigt konnte ich mir viele eindrücke von Organisationen holen. Ich habe mich dann für EF entschieden da ich sie total freundlich und toll fand gerade weil sie viel Erfahrungen in Schüleraustausch haben.
Hier kommen mal ein paar Tipps für die suche der Organisation:
1. Schaue im Internet unter Auslandsjahr Organisationen was dir so angezeigt wird. gehe auf die Seiten und schaue dir die Organisationen einach mal an.
2. Du kannst aber auch auf die JuBi gehen. Das ist eine große Messe die in fast allen Städten stattfindet. Dort stellen sich die Organisationen persönlich vor und du kannst dir dort auch nochmal bessere eindrücke machen.
3. Bestelle dir eventuell auch im Internet Kataloge von den Organisationen. Das ist unverbindlich.
4. schaue dir die Kataloge oder Infomaterialien gründlich durch und schreibe dir vielleicht auch eine Liste was du gerne im Programm hättest und was dir wichtig bei der Organisation ist.
5. Nachdem du dir ein paar Organisationen ausgesucht hast kannst du dich übers Internet bei den Organisationen ganz Unverbindlich Bewerben und wirst zu einem Auswahlgespräch eingeladen.
6. Achte bei dem Auswahlgespräch auf ein gepflegtes auftreten. Verstelle dich nicht sei so wie du bist das ist besonders wichtig!!
7. Nach dem auch unverbindlichem Auswahlgespräch hast du dir wieder ein neues Bild von der Organisation machen können. Und weißt dann mit welcher Organisation du gehen möchtest.

I'm back as you can see. Today I am going to tell you something about my exchange organisation EF Education First. 3 Years ago i started to inform myself about exchange programs, that's why i think i can help you, because i have a lot expressions now. I decided to go with EF, because they were really friendly and helpful and they have 50 years experience what i think is good.
Here are some tips to find your perfect Organisation:
1. Look at the Internet for " Exchange Organisation" and look at different Organisations.
2. In Germany we have a "JuBi" it's an Youth Exhibition where you can look at different organisations in real life. You may have a better feeling when you can talk to each of them and make first impressions. You can find them in nearly every big City.
3. You also can order some brochures of each organisation which is for free.
4. Look at all brochures and maybe make a list what's important for you.
5. After you decided which organisations are nice you can go to their website and applicate for their exchange program. It's not binding to applicate.
6. At the meeting with the Organisation be yourself and show your Interest!
7. When you have talked to them you can decide which Organisation you choose.
